From start to finish it was an amazing experience. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the place is impeccably clean. The artists portfolios show a wide range of fantastic work. I had trouble deciding on placement and they were right there to help point me in the right direction. I’m from DC but will travel back to Nashville for my next piece.

Incredible experienceI I made an appointment with Mel and she took time to talk to me figure out what I wanted. She understood that the current symbol, triforce, has a special meaning to me. I got the tattoo for a kid that has shown bravery and strength thru a congenital disadvantage who powers through his challenges with a smile on his face.

This was my first time getting a tattoo after 6 years of waiting. I walked in and was greeted by Brittany. Kind, informative and patient. I felt so comfortable I put a deposit down that day. I designed my own tattoo and fell in love with artist Mel’s work. She has got to be one of the greats. She is a badass wrapped in kindness. Her art speaks for herself. And her skill.... let me put it this way... I was slated for 12:30-3:30. She started on me at 1pm and was done by 3.

Hart & Huntington Nashville is a first class tattoo shop. The environment is very calming and relaxing. Everyone is always asking if they can get you something or if you’re doing ok. They go above and beyond to make sure you are having a great experience.

You'll only be hurting yourself if you choose to go anywhere else. This is by far the best tattoo parlor I've ever been to. I wouldn't even call it a parlor, let's be real, it's a home. It is to me at least. Every artist loves their work and takes pride in everything they do. Better yet, all the others artists are equally as interested in making your piece what you want and won't stop till you’re satisfied. I give my artist, Tarik, an idea and he blew my away every time.

Walking into to Hart and Huntington you are instantly impressed with how immaculate the place is. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My artist was Cody Maestas. His input with size and placement in working around my idea for a traditional sleeve was very helpful and the color palate he used was amazing. I would highly recommend this place if you were around the area looking to get some work done.

This was the biggest tattoo I've gotten, and it is of my sweet dog so I searched long and hard for an artist I connected with and thought would nail it. Mel absolutely did-- she not only got the design/look I wanted but she captured him perfectly. She was really fantastic and answered questions for me before during and after, making this an incredible experience. She also made some changes to the design based on my preferences and really got my vision and brought it to life.

I fell in love with Mel's style from her instagram and drove all the way to Nashville from New York for my first large tattoo after 5 smaller pieces—I could not have chosen a better artist! The piece is perfect, healing beautifully and with the little input that I gave she came up with a design better than I could have pictured :) She was incredibly efficient - I expected a 6+ hour tattoo and I was out the door within 4 with a gorgeously detailed piece.

The artists did amazing work, made great conversation and made it fun. We came as a walk-in and they made us feel welcomed and worked with us to make the tattoos perfect. The atmosphere and location are great. You get what you pay for so don’t come here expecting a cheap priced tattoo—they do great work for a reasonable price for what you’re getting.

I just got my tattoo done and I wanted to rave about the experience. The artist was so personable, friendly and talkative. He also was very detail oriented. I didn’t get anything crazy or big but with how he treated my tattoo, I can tell he cares about every single piece of art he does. As for the shop, upon walking in, I was greeted and everyone was so friendly. The place is super clean and very comfortable.

Mel at H&H absolutely saved me. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcomed and calm about my tattoo. I attached pictures so I can describe what happened. The middle pink flower, I got done at H&H in Orlando. LOVED it. I made the mistake of going somewhere else to get the white/gray & red flowers. I hated it the moment I walked out. I thought I could get used to it, but I couldn't. I made an appointment with Mel, and she saved my life.

Fantastic! Got the Hart & Huntington logo (four bars) on my left ankle. The artist did beautiful work. Took the time to go back over the tattoo to ensure that quality was perfect. All the guys did a wonderful job at taking the time to make sure I was comfortable during my experience. Highly recommend! Great place to go whether it be your first tattoo or filling in that last available spot.

Awesome establishment. Walked in just wanting to check the place out (which in itself is amazing). Wound up deciding to get a tattoo I've wanted for a long time. The artist looked at the feather I wanted and listened when I said I wanted it delicate looking. He told me what to expect and the fine line detail he gave it is absolutely beautiful. He knew what it meant to me and took the time to get it exactly the way I wanted it.
